Hi Mben,This has happened to me this week to, only for -542.I didn't ask.  Was curious if you ever did.  If I got -5000I definately would.  Only thing I could think of is if one ofthe associates cashed them in for us, or gave us a bonuswhen it wasn't ready.  Then they decide to take it...
