Flash floods are super dangerous. So sad for those who end up missing after being swept away. There is never a good ending when they find them.

I was out and about here in Tucson a week ago Saturday and got hit by a huge monsoon storm. Within 10 minutes of it starting, our streets were rivers.

I had to get home and doing so was a bit scary. Stop and go traffic on major roads because of the amount of water. I had to turn around at times so I didn't cross over running water that was flowing like a small river. I sat at one neighborhood intersection deciding if I was going to go through it. After watching a couple of trucks roll through it, I decide my car probably could make it, but I was not going to take the chance. So turned I around and got back into the traffic on the main streets. It was a total mess. smh
