i made the play through on this chip and made a withdraw on the 31 of dec today i get a email stating they need faxback i sent all the required docs in in june when i was able to make a withdraw but since i have deposited since my last withdraw had to sign a paper with all my deposits and send it back anybody else go through this because if you have to do it everytime you make a withdraw not worth it when they wait five days to tell you i thougt one all docs were in they were in for good and no more verifing everything thats one of the reason i deposit there because i thought after the first time it would be done

If you deposit with some other credit card than originally used for your prior cashout, then you have to submit docs on those additional cards. Its pretty much the same everywhere with all Rivals.

I always send docs again via email right after I ask for a cashout. That way there is no coming back later, like 7-10 days later asking me for them. I also do not inquire , as this always holds up cashouts, just sit and wait and that always means a 2 to 5 working day wait... even with Superior! But I do use only my ewalletexpress account now. Its so much easier and faster, Royal Joker and Slotland give me my money that way within a day!
