I ditto that! ashian, I know you stated that they are out of money but I doubt that is the case. What happens is that Rival, the software provider, flags players as bonus abusers and they send that info to each of the Rival casinos. The casino itself, does not flag you. (and I am not saying you are one!)On the other hand, each casino, individually, can overturn the decision from Rival.![]()
Hello,I had the same thing happen to me 2 days ago. I found tropica casino on this site 2 days ago downloaded it registered and no promos in the casino. I went to the chat help and was accused of having multiple accounts at the same Rivals. I said that is impossible and asked the help Rep to tell me the Rivals that I have multiple accounts at when I don't? he could not find any.But he stated because it says I do I am not entitled for any bonuses at Tropica Casino. I explained The only confusion could be is that my husband has some Rivals he plays under his name and I have the ones I play under my name but the Rivals he plays I do not have an account there and the Rivals I play , my husband does not have an account at so what your saying is not true about Multiple accounts. He did not care and said there is nothing he can do about it. I mailed the casino about this and never heard back from them and there Phone number does not work. I wish there was a way to e-mail the manager and get this situated.The other Rivals I play do not have me bonus banned. I play most of these Rivals almost every day so it is a loss for this casino if they keep Loyal Rival players Bonus Banned especially when they have no reason for it.ashian wrote: Wanted to give everyone a heads up on this one. Looks like they over advertised for this one, as they obviously are trying to do an oline casino start up with very little money. I am hearing from quite a few people that they are being done in this way as well giving no reason? I would have preferred to hear no reason on the phone than being accused of something. I certainly will never deposit there, as that was really rude!!!! I kept asking them how I was considered abusing bonuses, said I had multiple Rival accounts, and I told them, yes, and I deposit at every one of my accounts but that I have no duplicate accounts... then they tried to imply I had... I TOLD THEM TO NAME THEM!!! They could not. They are out of money guys, take care if you plan on depositing as not all Rivals are to be trusted as they are managed individually.
