Had an account a few years ago and guess it got closed but have tried to open a new one and it always tells me my bank acct. is linked to someone else's paypal acct. which is impossible as I used different bank completely for original acct. and I doubt this newer one is linked to anyone else or I'd know about it by now so yikes.
