Sorry to here that.When you claimed the bonus, A whole paragraoh appeared with the terms. They do not hide them. Next Time i would advise you read them thouroughly as this is pretty standard that BJ is not counted, along with most table games. I always tell players make sure you read and understand all terms associated with any bonus, nothing worse than playing at the casino hitting it big , only to find out you boo booed.

hmcyaney- On Casino's that use Rival software you need to go to the cashier to pick up your bonus's. Just click on the cashier link like you would normally do.When you get there a promotions box will load on the upper right hand side....if it takes to long you can click on my promotions on the left upper side of the page.Your bonus should be right there with very important information on the T& C's of your bonus ..Some players have not read it and played poker or Black Jack which voided their win...upon cash out..
