yesterday i received a card for $15 free spins on winter olymps, i went to mygame, no freebies.i sent support an email, they explained the promo ended on the 16th, some 6 days ealier.I got upset and said i  was never going to deposit there, its like winning a prize only to be told it was to late, i gave them 1 almighty spray. and deleted the casino from my desktop, its not because i live in australia either, the promo started on the 9th, 1 week earlier. plenty of time to get it to me .totally livid i was. scotty mac

same happened to me> I live in Australia too and I think that the problem is that the mail takes much longer to reach us as I have had this happen to me on a number of occasions and different casinos. Emails also throw me out as we are a day ahead of everyone else and I can never seem to match up the 1 day specials."
