mixx, per the T&C's that are stated in the post, you have to have made a deposit since your last free chip before receiving this free chip. You know I would help you (and everyone ...........at any casino) but in this case, there is nothing I can do.  All I can say is to make deposit and then ask for the Twitter chip. That's what I did. I could not jump on this promo when I posted it because my last chip was a free chip. I made a deposit recently and just now started following them on Twitter and asked for my chip.(Thanks for reminding me about this promo. I had forgotten)

crazysider, have you gotten support on chat to ask where your chip is at?  Wait, you are doing the slot review contest and received $10 free. Was that your last transaction, the free $10? If so, wait till the contest crediting is over (the 2nd free $10), make another small deposit and then ask for the Twitter chip again.
