I have had Villento also for a couple of years, But I forget how I actually was able to sign up at Rich Reels? But I was able. And did Dep last week. And Didn't seem to be a problem. An email for Admin would have been nice notice of the account closure? Instead I sign in to find the acct locked. Then It WOULD had been nice to have them go ahead an allow me some sort of perk over at Villento. But as you can tell from the chat above. The tec was cold un caring, un apologitic, And just said I was not offered the promo . I also have not ever received free spins or anything on birthdayd EVER from them
