The customer service from this casino and on line vegas comes off with an attitude that they are doing you a favor for doing their job. Ya gotta kinda walk on eggshells and not accidently say anything they might take as offensive. The supervisor in charge of support must let them get away with that attitude and I bet always sticks up for them when someone does complain. One time I even emailed them asking for the CEOs Name and direct email address but never got a reply. I bet the CEO does not know how marginal the support is there."

If they wound just put in 20% more effort to running that casino. It would be a great casino and they would realize it in the volume of business and hence profits, There realy is only one competitor to them with the Vegas style slots. That would be English harbor group. They are basically all exactly the same. So to play in an alternate Vegas style they are the only other choice. I bet one could double the revenue and profits in about 12-18 months with proper management!. Now would be the perfect time for them to do it too since all those Microgaming no longer allow USA.
