same with me...deposited alot there and cashed out 3 times then they found a reason to ban me from any freebies...they still said i can deposit but no promo's for me...so what did I do??? I finally got all my money from them and got them off my computer...i feel my money is no good there so I feel I don't need them....sorry that's just my own thought on them...I did like it as that's where i ever won anything but to withdraw is a different issue...
