Talked with customer service for the third time tonight...twice before for regular mailings with codes which didn't work...tonight about an e-mail which didn't work. She stated that certain affiliates and spammers were sending these mailings out, and because they didn't work for me, I wasn't eligible for the free chip(s). She told me they weren't responsible and, as for today, it wasn't their e-mail. I said that I downloaded from the e-mail directly to their site and directly to her. She said that for the inconvenience she would offer me a 300% deposit bonus and I asked her to close my account.
