3 Scatter but Bonus did not trigger

Hi everyone!

I have a problem at SlotsMagic. I got 3 scatter twice and the bonus did not trigger. I contacted the support and after 2 days of aruement that I have to give them the exact session ID I told them that it is not my problem to find the failiure and they contacted Williams Interactive regarding the matter on Monopoly Big Event.

Williams Interactive stated that there was a tecnical failiure, but they only admitted one time. So now SlotsMagic offered me to refund me the value for the one round that should have triggered a bonus round.

Now the problem is that I wont satisfy myself with this, because I want the normal bonus game at the value I played. If I take that 1 euro and play the game again I am 99% sure that I wont get the bonus again.

Can you help me to get that Bonus round at Monopoly Big Event at the value I played?

So you are saying they have offered to refund the wager of the spin that did not trigger like it should have, is that correct?

I'm not sure getting you back to the bonus round is anything anyone can actually do, not even the casino. But maybe Mben can ask the rep about what can be done if anything.

I think that Williams Interactive has that problem in general. I just played at jetbull (not real money) and the same thing happened again at a diffrent slot. But as i said only at a free game....
