3 weeks and Counting

I wasn't gonna start a new thread but this is getting ridiculous.I have a withdrawal that is still sitting requested at Rubyslots since 4-20-13, 21 days(15 business days) and they are doing nothing but giving me excuse after excuse as to why it hasn't been approved yet.There terms are already the worst in the bizz and they can't even keep their word on that.ROGUE as ROGUE can get.

 Thanks Mben I guess it couldn't hurt for the rep to look into it but im sure it will end up being the same generic excuse that live chat, withdrawal dept., finance and everyone else has said but i'll give it a shot. User name is  tntcrue69

Oh! Just wanna put the specifics out in the open for the record.The withdrawal is for $2250, which $170 of it was the bonus so that will be deducted, total I have coming is $2080.Actually their long withdrawal process worked against them this time, I requested a withdrawal on 4-13-13 for $570 but after a week I got antsy and reversed it and that's when I took it up over 2K.

I appreciate you notifying the rep Mben but I am sure they will give the same excuse I keep getting day after day. Dear Tony,At this moment I know we are experiencing a delay with the approvals but our approvers are working in getting up to date. Your pending withdrawal should be approved any day now. This is pretty much what they have been telling me in every email since the 10 business days have past, and now today is the 23rd day and 16th business day and its still sitting the cashier requested Also once they finally approve it you have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 business days before it will get processed THEN you have to wait for the processor to send the payment out, so I guess it will be Christmas by the time I actually see this money.

 No, this was the reply I got from the email I sent on Friday so nothing as of yet from the rep, this is from the lady in the withdrawals dept.
