Can you please tell me why some of Rival's bonus ban and others do not. I accidently opened more than 1 account on some of the older Rivals when I bought my new computer. I did not know who I had accounts with. I opend an account with Apollo and they wont give me the nd bonus because of those accidental duplicate accounts. What can I do to correct this problem?
