I received the holiday mailer with the same code for the free $50 the other day and I am pissed being that I used to be a great depositor with this group. The mailer said they hadn't seen me in a while and they had a gift for me. I went to claim the code and the system said I had claimed it too many times already. I'm like what? I just got the damn code. So I got with chat support and they told me that I have multiple accounts tied to my email (yes, duh. All your casinos Genysis group!) and that only 1 no deposit bonus can be claimed per IP. To me, that sounded like that once you claimed 1 no deposit code from their group, you can never claim another?? Then why send me a freakin' no deposit offer ever again??I am having the rep look into my personal accounts so I can get info for others who may run into this issue. Has anyone been able to claim this bonus?

 Thats the same problem I have with them. I deposit pretty reguarly, and I never get a freebie. So then, Ill take a break, hoping to get a miss me chip, but it doesnt happen then either.I dont know who they are targeting with these chips, but I have tried to deposit, and not deposit, and I dont get one either way.

It is both frustrating, and confusing.                                                                               Pam
