 The casinos is not infected, its actually because the install is not digitally signed by Microsoft, anything which isn't digitally signed will cough up that message.So Gr88 is fine, I would suggest though skip the install as it does not have the Microgaming games, but the flash version is better with the Microgaming Quickfire games in addition the games found in the download version.  EDIT -  Microgaming Quickfire games cannot be played with the no deposit bonus.
