Hi SBY, after you registered an account, was the $20 NOT there in your balance? Or are you asking us to have you credited? If you are asking for us to get you credited, this is an automatic bonus and we don't have to send in log ins to the rep. If there was a problem and the $20 was not in your account automatically, then I can ask the rep about it.

There seems to be a conversion issue as the bonus is set up in USD.You have been or will be credited the 2 extra euros.
