I just wanted to post my experience with Sun Palace Casino.  I have been a faithful, loyal depositer at Winpalace-Titan for years.  Recently I was bonus banned

.  since then had been looking for another RTG casino...I had never played at Sun Palace (Main Street Group) decided to sign up and give them a try.  1st nice thing for me was their MST Gift Card feature...for someone who just has a mastercard, works PERFECTLY!! I played Naughty N Nice at cashed out at $700.   This was on Dec 8.....Mind You...I have NEVER played at this casino before......I made my withdrawel request via ACH, inputted my checking info, and because I have had some wins at other RTG casinos, I know I don't trust whatever timeline they say they process withdrawels, you can about figure to douple or triple that cause it's ALWAYS something else they need or didn't get on your docs...well, I get one (yes 1 phonecall from Sun Palace Support) to verify some information an....WOW.....today.....Dec 15th my $700 was in my checking account...this is also with a weekend in that time! I am SOO Pleased, and I just want to say Thank you to SUNPALACE....and the Main Street Group.....I now have found a new RTG Home Casino Group!Appreciate the win and the promptness and professionalism of your casino and came at an AWESOME time...Woohoo Christmas!!

Thank you for all that information!I think some of us players do get stuck in a rut at certain casinos because we feel comfortable there, they have our docs, etc. and it's hard to change casinos.In your case, I think the bonus ban happened for a reason (as all things happen for a reason, I believe) and here's your reason.
