Hi there kkessler:Nicholas has always been a top notch guy in my opinion.Im sorry I didnt answer this post sooner, but I am easily confused, and still not sure what it is that you are trying to let us know about.Did you receive your free $140 chips?  Did you ever receive your cashback?Sorry I am confused on what you are trying to say. In a nutshell, kkessler requested her weekly cashback when Bet Phoenix was still an RTG and going through their issues at the end.She never received it even after I was pretty persistent in asking for it with multiple emails to Nicolas.Months went by and kkessler finally sent her unhappy email to Nicolas the other day (posted above) and as soon as I was alerted to it, I verified everything that Nicolas needed to know.Kkessler received (2) $140 chips for all the troubles.Nicolas is a more than an awesome dude and he pulled through for kkessler (and me) even though it took a while and an email from kkessler.
