The Federal Reserve returned the recent check I received. Should I contact the casino or what? Any idea's. My bank called me just a bit ago!

Just got off Live Chat. She stated she will update me in 48 hrs. And TY Mben for looking into this. Am just sick. I don't have money in my gambling account to cover that. So, that opens a can of worms until I can come up with it......Overdraft fees

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that it's still freaking illegal in most states and that's the only way they have to do something about it. That's soooo sad kk. It looks like they are trying to fix it? I don't know kk, I've never encounter an email like that myself, and I have moved it from public view, It contained your address and other sensitive info. Don't worry it is not gone, just put in a private forum that only us staff members can see. I am waiting to show it to Mben and see if she has heard anything.

OK. TYVM!!!! Waiting for a call back from my bank. Not sure what the heck I am gonna say though. My employer is based in Canada??? I surely don't want trouble with my bank....

OK......Sue at the bank stated that the gal from Federal Reserve stated that the check was from gambling; I said I can't believe that Anyway, another gal called this am and said that another broker would take care of it and my bank won't be getting it back now....Am SO relieved!!!!

This issue has been resolved.

krystalkitty's check is being taken care of by a "broker" found by her bank.

The rep has been informed and has assured me that the processor is responsible to make sure that this does not happen again with future checks.

Not my bank's broker!!! The Federal Reserve found a broker who would take care of it So great to hear this won't happen again This was so very stressful and that certainly isn't why I gamble online...for R E L A X A T I O N

The checked was cleared by my bank; so the money was never taken out. The Federal Reserve called after about 7 days after I put it in my bank....Anyway, I don't understand how all that works
