Dany When a player re buy its like starting all over again , it clears up your position, and in the end your final position is set by the best one out of the two, you dont add them up. In those special tournaments, you only want to rebuy when you want another shot at winning. A rebuy is like in poker, you start from scratch, it does not add to your position, but merely reloads you to how you started the tournament. BUT in the special free roll slot tournament, you keep the highest score you achived, either with the free entry or ANY of the rebuys. It does not add to your position. You may be confused and think a rebuy is like a continue.Log back in , go to the tournament and hit the rebuy button, DON'T BUY, but rather read how the rebuy is stated. I think this may clear up the confusion.here is from their rules: Number of Rebuys – some tournaments allow you to start the tournament from the beginning. Unlike the continue play option, when you choose to re-buy your score is reset to 0 and you have the chance to start playing the tournament again from the beginning for a higher score. If your score is greater after the rebuy round, that score will be kept on the scoreboard. If it is less, your old score will remain.

so true i have been having the same problems with this casino as well. i did get the 10 percent  july bonus,  but stop playing for brief time and recieved an email for a weekend promotion 3647 offering a bonus of 15 percent for deposites 7/11/08 thru 7/13/08 and 5 percent bonus on wins so started depositing and playing again without withdrawing ,due to withdraws void all promotion. well today is 7/21/08 and nothing is on my account vajr11634533, as for the july mailer they conviently said was not on any promotion list, but still get cards and emails. how did they get voted casino of choice is beyond me!

answer to your question  yes the are free tourneyments. There can only be a few winners and not everyone will win. You do get one entry and sometimes you dont win. Remember there are thousands of people playing. Now sometimes the games play good and sometimes they dont just like when you are playing the game.I too did what you did one time. I bought a rebuy instead of a continue the game. I was confused too when my credits did not change. The reason it did not change is the second game you played did not add to more than what you already had. If you had one more credits then the first time then the credits would have added more to it. You have an option to rebuy the game or continue the game. I dont remember the exact words they say. Sometimes you want to rebuy if it a bad game and try for a better game, but if you played well and are high enough in the first round it is worth to buy the second round and continue to see if you can get up to the top spot.I have been playing tourney at all of the alljackpot tourney and there other two sites. I have won and lost many tourneys. more on the lost.  it can be very confusing and upsetting but the are on the up and up.now for the second thing about your promotion money, have you gotten back to them to make sure you get the money and did you deposit during the time frame of the bonus money. I too got that email but i did not deposit during the time. I was one day off.  Again, that can be the difference. we get the emails but dont read them all the way through. I do have that problem sometimes. i get busy with my grandbaby or dont feel well and just glance over the rules. I happened to get dates mixed up and deposit a day or too early and think i was in the bonus dates and was not.now if you know for sure you were, screen print your transaction history and forward to them copy the email they sent you saying the problem and ask where is your money. if they cant help as for management. dont give up you will get your money, sometimes thing happen. this is not a perfect world and we all know that with computers there will be problem.I am going through a different problem with another casino with my deposit saying it did not go through but it was taken out of my ccard. i just have to be patient. i sent them proof it was taken and i just have to wait and have it taken care of.
