Now, the only bonuses I can think to remember are about 4 or 5 times that they gave me 15 free spins and a $25 bonus that they gave away to me anyway on National Womans Day, and that was after the last time I had an issue with them over that they had me blackballed from the free tournaments by mistake and I felt like that was their way of apologizing for the error they made and then of course the deposit bonuses, and you can't them good deposit bonuses if you're familiar with them in general.

Now, I might not be their best customer, but, I'm tired of being treated as though I am a nothing to them.

I am so done with them now.

I, in my opinion, think this is a sign of troubles brewing with them too if you ask me and I'm pretty good at smelling something fishy is up when it comes to these online casinos.

In my experience with Red Stag, they are very tight when it comes to free bonuses if you are not a " frequent" depositor.

I have deposited maybe 5 times, and I have yet to be able to redeem any free bonuses that might become available.

Heck, depositors are not even getting Birthday bonuses, which is awful.

I am curious what the rep might say when Mben approaches him with this situation. Likely not going to change how they do business in my opinion. They simply require a frequent deposit in order to redeem their free bonuses.

I'm sorry jumboscampi, for you and for others that do deposit, but obviously not enough to please Red Stag. I am included in that.

Let's wait and see what the rep says. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

It was just things like taking away the redeem coupon button and the fact that after 4 deposits, all recently, that I got this done to me. Now, they did give me 15 free spins I believe twice in that time period, I got .21 on the last set of them, and not even given that after the last deposit. it just rubs me wrong.

I totally understand! I feel the same way about Red Stag. I won't likely deposit there in the future. Not because they aren't reputable, just because I think they are a little too strict on good depositing players.

Perhaps we are small beans to them, but our deposits are important to us, and we have the right to choose who we want to give our money too.

Perhaps write them, or ask who your account manager is, to let them know of this situation. Always feels better when we can vent to someone there.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help jumboscampi, sometimes the "terms" are just too tuff to deal with.

Here's a part of my email to him ... "The fact the "coupon redemption button" is gone is disturbing to me though. Can't she claim any bonuses at all, deposit bonuses?" So I hear ya!

He has already sent this to the casino manage and is just waiting for a reply.

I requested that they change my phone number at Red Stag sometime EARLY this morning, before 2 am and it's still not changed! The old number is still showing up in my account.
Poor customer service! Ridiculous

The rep did pass the new number along to the appropriate person earier this morning.

I don't know what else to do to move this along. The rep has left the office already and won't return until later next week.

are you serious? I'll be in the hospital from next Thursday on for a whole week. I guess they can try me there, but, damn, that's BS he didn't do it today.
What was going to happen? Do, you know? They put the button back in cashier I noticed for "Redeem coupon"

See what I mean though? it just makes me feel even more like they really just don't give a rat's MF a.. about us.

No excuse not to call today at all!!!

jumbo, I told the rep you were unhappy because you sat by your phone all day waiting. He passed that along.

He is now officially on vacation. All we can hope for is that whomever from Red Stag calls you soon.

Well, Mben, I got a call from David (I think that was his name, it might have been Steven) right before I walked out the door for my last doctor appointment before my surgery Thursday so he caught me at the right moment before I missed him for a while.
Anyway, you were right, he was generous and gave a free comp to me...$50 if you can believe that! He said that I had fallen through the cracks, I'm not really sure what that meant exactly, but it really doesn't matter at this point. You know, the "I got a $50 big fat bonus" point?" LOL

And prior to getting that call, they had restored my redeem coupon button, or instant coupon button, whichever it's called. So that was fixed. My phone number was fixed finally too.

So, Mben and Pam and everyone else that contributed to this "issue" thank you so very much for all of your help and input.

He said to me that they are aiming to be the #1 online casino and with a response to my issue like this, I believe he means it and will do whatever it takes , within his power that is anyway, to get that accomplished.

Kudos to Red Stag for a job well done to resolve the issue that I had with them.

Yes, they did make me feel better about the situation. It was extremely generous of them to comp my account like they did, they didn't have to give me that much, but, I'm not gonna complain about that! lol

And, like I had mentioned previously, the "redeem coupon" button was put back onto my account as well so that's another plus that came out of the complaint.

And, both you and Pam were very supportive of me and I just want to say thank you very much for what you both did. Especially you Michele. You were all over it and stayed on it as well for me until the issue was resolved. I don't believe that I would have gotten my complaint taken nearly as seriously as it was and never mind to expect to have it resolved in the manner in which it was without you doing all of what you did. So, thank you again for that and looking back at all of the posts that I submitted, griping, complaining, etc., I can't believe you didn't tell me to shutup!! OMG

I deleted Red Stage from my laptop. Cut my tournaments saying i needed to deposit more. Made about 2 or deposits there,,,,can't win for squat. No plat time at all. Been playing free tournaments other places for years with only a few deposits. Just rubbed me the wrong way also. Glad it was resolved. Good luck.

I decided to play at Lincoln, as I had never deposited. Had a blast, and even had a small cash out. They approved my docs in seriously just a few hours.
I can see why people play there. So yea, I don't deposit at Red Stag like I used to either.
