Anyone else have this problem with Tradition Casino?

When Tradition Casino first launched, I took advantage of their $1919 ND bonus.  Naturally, I was totally unable to meet their playthrough requirements.  However, I did manage to play for over an hour on it. Today I received an email from them telling me that new bonuses were waiting for me so I went to check them out.  Something else caught my eye, though.  My comp points were still at ZERO... WTF?  Has anybody else noticed that this has happened to them?

I had asked him when givnezs was having her cashout issue and had a ton of $$ to blow through because of a max cashout amount. We thought she could continue to play it down and rack up the points but Nicolas said No ."

No comps for freebies anymore or at least this casino.

I know it dont with Vegas Regal but with Tropica Casino i have received comp points from all my free chips. I even cashed in. Hope this helps.

thanks for the info, girls. i wasn't aware that some of the Rivals don't let you accrue comp points from free chips. that would make sense then. much appreciated!
