Hello Let me start off by saying I used to Love the English Harbour Casinos and still do however deposited money today at Silver Dollar was playing tourneys and was in the Right Prize tourney and was doing 12.50 bet rolls and won the bonus however when the bonus went to open page froze and kept going back to tourney main page. Because this has happened before I left and played in the regular casino and kept coming back to see if it was unfrozen in the meantime while I was playing the other games I ended up getting up to $90.00 in the poker room dueces and jokers when my account suddenly went to $-2.25.(HOW DO YOU GET A NEGATIVE BALANCE) Was so mad I went to instant chat and was talking to a live agent, should have done a screen shot when she said she would have to email me because it would be annoying for her to chat with me while running a report. I was then locked out of my account and hours later when they did get back to me the balance in my account was 80 cents and the reports showed nothing, then was told in order to check tournament it had to be over. Reps were very rude and did not care that I had lost the bonus at 12.50 roll which as many of you know could be something big or not but either way guess I will never know now. I am just wondering if any one else has had problems with this casino. Thanks for listening.

Thanks everyone! They owed me! I gave a lot back which you can see in the EH contest thread, but I did pretty good last month if u count the 7racks from CasinoShare and 3 from inetbet. I took a break for at least 4 or 5 months. I was in hibernation.(I hope that is spelled right) Couldn't stand all the drama with Microgaming banning US customers then making special casinos just to rob us lol.

There is one thing to keep in mind at the EH group. An aditional term on some deposit match bonus dollars. If one accepts A deposit match bonus of more than 100%, be aware that Excluded games also includes tournaments! As with any restricted game play, The casino has the option of voiding any winnings won on any casino game! Even if the winnings were entirely from non excluded game play. "

I love the EH group tournaments and did not realize this restriction. I would have been upset if I would have won and been denied cashout!. Glad I became aware of this added term and thankful problem never surfaced during my ignorance period!"

I believe on match bonus of 100% or lower, one can stilll play the tournaments. Unsure if forbidding tournaments occurs at 100% or starts on bonus match greater than 100% but think it starts on the ones greater than 100%. "
