It still isn't final but it is a step closer for New Jersey to offer internet gambling to others outside of their borders as long as it falls under the federal guidelines. The bill will be going in front of the full Assembly and Senate which has not been scheduled yet. New Jersey is going move forward to try and get sportsbetting legalized also but Gov Christie feels the Fed Gov't will block is as it is not legal at the federal level.
