atlantis gold casino still pending after 11 days

Hello,I requested a $2009 withdrawal from Atlantis gold casino on 6/15/2014 and its still in the pending stage. If nodepositforum can offer any help would be very appreciative. you guys are the best and I know you do all that you can for your members. I also have seen complaints about there sister casinos also, but it seems they pay after a month or so( way to long).account name timothylouisking@msn.comthank you.

Yes not a very good place to play.  You should probably do some research before depositing.I wouldn't list my email in public forum.  Probably best to send a private message to moderator here and then if they want info send it to them in private.

thanks Mben, I didn't receive the email but when I logged into the casino a popup said my docs and withdrawal were sent to the processor for review. withdrawal is still pending. On there website it says cashout with ease, yea right,lol. thanks for your help, hopefully the ball will start rolling.

I guess everyone missed where I said you shouldn't list your email in public.   OP didn't respond nor did anyone remove his email address.  I guess its just a waste of time to try to help.

Not a waste of time, No Fool, but because tking is a regular around here, because we have accounts posted all over the forum (in contests and the I need help forums) and because we request it in the I need help forum, it is not something to get alarmed about.He could have very well asked me to delete his login but this isn't his first rodeo. He knows what he is doing.Now there was a thread made by another member about a cashout where he listed his full name and email address because he copied replies from the casinos and pasted them in his thread. I deleted those for him because I know he did not catch that he did that and did not want possible issues arise for him for doing so.

As for my atlantis gold withdrawal its still pending after 16 days since request. deposits take 30 seconds and withdrawals take at least 30 days, not fair is it.

 Sorry tking1. We weren't ignoring you, as you know Mben deals with these things but she has been away with her family for the 4th. I expect her back today.

ok it was finally approved and submitted for processing. it says flushed in the cashier now. Anyone know how long it takes to receive it after being approved?

 Well, at least its moving forward. Sorry I don't have any info on how long after approval until payment. Hopefully its a lot less time than it took to be approved. Please keep us updated.

Here is the answer and probably not what you want to hear. "
Should withdrawal request be approved, it will take 5 to 7 business days for request to be sent for payment then another 5 to 7 business days for payment processing. "

That makes it potentially six weeks from when he clicked the cashout button to when he will have his winnings in his hands. That is such a long time."

thank you Mben, that is ridiculous. Anything to stull a payment. There is no reason for them to take that long to send to processor. I could see back in the telegraph days, lol. A few seconds to deposit and a few months to get a cashout. I wish there was a way we could hold our deposits then release them once we get paid. I bet they would get on the move then. "

Wow what a disappointment it was reading this post ... It doesn't surprise me ... They have a sister casino Monarch's, that still hasn't paid me for a withdrawal from like May .. I wont play at their casinos anymore thats for sure

according to their timeline sent to Mben I should have the money by next Thursday, 7/31/14. today Tuesday was the 7th business day so the processor should have it. 7 more business days left. We shall see.
