Avant garde holdout? Could it be?

Hi,I'm baaaack. Well,I'm sure you recall my previous issue as it hasn't been that long since I had that issue. Now I'm going through almost exactly the same thing with avant garde casino. My withdrawal is legit, amount is $500 once again, KYC has been accepted, they're just refusing to pay. Live chat tells me to take it up with my account manager, when I ask who that is I get no reply back. Live chat told me 2-5 days for a Bitcoin withdrawal upon receipt of KYC verification. My withdrawal request was started on 7/31. Any ideas? It's not run by the same people as my last issue is it? The similarities are remarkable
