I got you a responseEven though existing players are still able to play, I think the casinos made a decision to take caution with new players as to whether to accept deposits or not.  The player registered the account last month, so most probably fall into the category of a new player still (making first deposit, etc.).  Players who have been playing for years of course will still be able to deposit and play. Maybe the player should email playersupport@bellerockentertainment.com to get an official response from them. Thanks, Cobus
