banned from tournaments at grande vegas and never played in them,

Every since i downloaded Grande Vegas casino, no tournaments have shown up in the tournament tab. i attempted several times to find out why, No one could ever tell me. so i waited a coupe months and decided to try again, this is how my chat went today.... now please understand, I am disabled and on limited income so i don't deposit at te casinos, i do this for fun. I play the freeroll tournaments and if lucky enough to win, i play more tournaments. I have never withdrawn either. but i feel this is just plain wrong.

Just to let you know, I have run into this with other players and members that were excluded from a particular tourney or bonus. For example, Red Stag Casino also limits the amount of freerolls you are eligible to play by looking into the amount you have deposited into the casino.

Think of it like this....If players who don't deposit have the same chances/opportunity to win as a depositing player, then why would anyone deposit? Depositing players are always offered more bonuses and rewards than a non depositing player. Free rolls are no different. They are offered for players to take advantage of and give depositing players a chance to win some cash.

I'm sorry that the casino has opted to do this, but it is completely fair and does not break any rules on the casinos part. Casino management has the final say in all terms and conditions.

Loisann, the chat rep, did a pretty good job of explaining it so folks might understand why they are excluded from certain promotions that depositing players are eligible for.

I'm really sorry, but again, casino has final say in these matters. When they quote "Management reserves the right, or management has the final say", that is where they are telling you it is their right to exclude you. Terms & conditions are so very important to read and understand.

Many casinos DO offer freerolls to non depositing players. Grande Vegas is simply one that is not going to offer them to non depositing players.

I noticed this too and deep down had the feeling that no deposits no tournaments. I have never deposited here yet. But other places where I have but just not for awhile have deposited, have closed tournaments to me. Many places I haven't been playing at for awhile will send me something because they missed me. Sad when other places punish you for not" keeping up" with deposits. Don't they realize there are so many casinos, and so little time? I like to play games, but not these games.
