Bet Phoenix Casino has been having some intermittent issues which I do not know the details about but they involved the casino not opening, not connecting or the casino just shut down mid game play. Bet Phoenix is working on correcting all issues and hope everything will be fixed by Monday. Nicolas and the casino management apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the players. For any player who may have been affected by any issues at BP which caused issues with your account balances, for example: you were in the middle of a game and the casino shut down and you were not credited a win, etc. please post your username at the casino here. And also a description of what happened as you were playing. The game, where you were in the game, maybe a bonus round, anything that the casino can use to get you back into your game at the point it shut off. The date and time would help also. BP would like to compensate the players who have LEGITIMATE issues with their accounts with something. They are not sure yet what it would be but most likely a free chip. ANYONE WHO POSTS THEIR USERNAME JUST LOOKING FOR A FREE CHIP READ THIS! I WILL DELETE YOUR POST, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!!
