You have never deposited. You used a free chip and with it won on tourneys. Even if you didn't use it to play tournaments, players are restricted to one free play at a time between deposits. Having never deposited, you cannot take 2x free plays in a row without, unless it was the winning from some affiliate contest, and that is not the case here."

getting to where i don't care anymore-glad i have never deposited-they keep saying i used free chip to play tourneys & i didn't.  i registered with a zero balance in tourney section and played numerous(and still do) FREE tourneys.  i couldn't have anyway cuz my balance when i log in is $208.92 yet when i go to tourney page my balance is $138.01.  so i never played free bonus to play tourneys cuz MY FREE BONUS ISN'T INCLUDED IN TOURNEY BALANCE. further, at cashier/withdraw my withdrawable amount is $138.01 while below it shows the bonus playthrough amount needed to withdraw(around $1300 i think). i don't know how to copy that to show u but will gladly give you pam access to it so u don't think i am trying to pull a fast one but moreso that i am not a frigging idiot.  it's real simple-and if not eligible for payout on monies won from free tournaments only(not using any $ at all-duh) why would it show eligible for withdrawal which(oddly enough-duh) is exact amount i have won from playing free tournaments.  last, i play many many free tourneys and as mentioned before, only 1 site allows u to use no deposit bonus free money to enter into any tournaments-and 1 site that does allow i have yet to play because no one else is entered! i entered 2 tourneys and got all money back cuz no one played them!!  i haven't read bets tos, but doubt if it states that if u enter free tournament(free being operative word) and win - u r not eligible to claim.  would understand if requesting withdrawal that deposit be made in order to do so since that seems to be pretty common.  or perhaps it does say that-something like if u win any money from free tournaments-you can't have it . if u would like to see my account stuff at bet-just let me know-i will allow u to look-trust ya-but of course would change password after just cuz well i am not an idiot-lol.thanks for your response-and help-let me know please-someone other than bet phoenix needs to see-actually virtually impossible for me to spend bonus on tourneys-even if could-since balance at tourneys doesn't even include free bonus!!thanks

Sorry to hear about that nq4bnu.I think your missing the main point of the Tourney T/C's.In able to cashout from free tourney wins you MUST have made a deposit in the last 30 days. Also you can NOT use winnings frome free tourneys to enter pay tourneys.Winnings from free tourneys are considered a freechip, and we all should know that you cant use freechips to play in the tourneys.BP is one of the good RTG casinos and yes they do have alot of crazy Terms but we as players must read and follow them.Tony

I am not defending them but i think your missing the big picture.You have to have made a deposit in the last 30 days to even be allowed to withdrawal any winning from freerolls.I am just a player like you and have been playing at these casinos for over 12 years and know they all have different T/C'sIts up to us as players to read them all.I am just trying to help you out for future use.Its us against them and i want you to win and take there money but we have to do it by there rules.Tony

This what sticks out to me. You won solely from Free Tournaments. (let's take the $75 bonus out of here for now) You entered a free tourney and won X dollars. That X dollars turns into a Free Chip . You enter another free tourney and won X dollars hence another Free Chip . That adds to your tourney win balance. You do this until your tourney win balance reaches $135.30 and your request a cashout. This amount was made on Free Chip , after Free Chip after Free Chip with no deposits in between and we all know you cannot cashout at RTG's if you played multiple free chips in a row, won and try to cashout from the last Free Chip . Now if you had won from a free tourney a Free Chip and then made a deposit and then played another free tourney and won another Free Chip and then tried to cashout that, you may gotten it approved. Does this make sense nq4bnu?
