Hi everyone, I just wanted to pass on my bad experience with betroyal. I was a depositing player there and used coupons by the rules. All of a sudden I was winning oneday on a no restriction 250% bonus coupons. When I asked about the thewithdrawal procedures they told me to fax in my documents. I did that about4 times and they still claim they haven't recieved them.  That was over a month ago. I since had played through what I had won. Went back in to redeem a freechip and they no longer work for me unless i go into live chat (which can takean eternity sometimes).I got aggrevated with the operator there and canceled my account with them.I don't think even following the rules will get anyone a payout. They alwayshave some excuse.Hope this saves someone the headache of dealing with them.I think i'll stick to depositing at microgaming, GrandBay has always been my favorite and they pay out promptly with no headaches. have a fun day Jeanne
