ericbcook,I remember past members have posted that they have had the same situation you are having.  I seem to recall that the only way to get the playthrough removed was to contact livehelp.  I would try this, especially if your account is in good standing-meaning you have not redeemed 2 free chips in a row, without a deposit in between.I should add that Palace of Chance is one of the casinos that NDCGF has listed under the rtg-play/deposit at your own risk.I hope this helps you out some.taco
