What I did was I did a fresh reboot of the PC. Logged onto the internet and tried the install again without anything else running. Not even Internet Explorer. "

Well I've had no luck with Tropica at all and now all of a sudden I just downloaded Dendera and was told my acct had been locked.  I've been playing at Rivals for years and this has never happened till now , in fact I just played for about 5 hours on the money from Vegas Regal. I'm so mad, they said I should contact support. But you know what I really dont care what they have to say, they were wrong to do that. Not a happy camper at Dendera.  But I love Vegas Regal yeah.

if you used a no deposit freebie, and try in the first hour after your claim to redeem another freebie at another rival it isn't possible and you will get this error code. you have to wait one hour to use another freechip!!!i had the same problem and support said this to me. if i wait one hour between the freebies i can take them all

for those of you that are loyal depositing players, not just bonus whores, and you would like to be taken off of Rival's list of bonus abusers - you have to start at the core of Rival... Pantasia.  I was blackballed for bonuses almost from the beginning when the Rival casinos first debuted.  I'm not sure why, but Pantasia sent me an email one day telling me that I was now elligiable for bonuses at their casino.  I now have Super Platinum status with them and I have now been exhonorated at a handful of other Rivals now, too.

nothing yet for me with thisisvegas..im soooooooo mad about this, i always play at rivals and i was a massive depositing player at  this is vegas and they totally took my bonuses away with no reason. they said they can ban anyone from getting bonuses with out giving a reason..so i stopped playing there ...grrrr..they really ticked me off..and im not in a banned state im in pa.good all to the rest of you hope you all get it!
