Thank you for the post. i Claimed at both. Then found them in snail mail after. A little hint that seems to work for me.. Try claiming the codes in the flash version of casino. I was denied in the downloaded version. Flash was success. Good luck all.

You are right flaflash. Claiming them in flash version does usually work vs the downloaded version.It has been successful for me at times too.
