I had played a free code which I was emailed and won medals. The email stated that for a blue medal, I could claim $20 (I think) and to do so thru live chat. While I was on chat, I read the email really well and it said that in order to claim the medals I would have had to made a deposit sometime during that promotional weekend. So, needless to say, I understood why when the rep told me I could not claim them and will read my emails more throughly from now on.

I too have accumulated medals, and did not deposit during the promotional weekend, so there they sit, doing me no kind of good. I ask live help now and again what I can do with them, and they tell me there will be more chances to redeem them in the future, but likely, just like last time, you will have to make a deposit in order to do so. My medals are at Grand Eagle casino, and I have alot of them.
