Felicie I just spoke to live chat and also someone on the phone and they told me that they are a part of the Grand Prive Group, but not the same part as Casino GrandBay and Bella Vegas. They belong to another part of the Grand Prive Group. BLACKLISTED!!! Come on a different part of the group would still put you in that group. It was a good needed laugh for me. I did get the $44 in my Casino Grand Bay account though, nice play money.
