RTG has brought back a dispute service which just opened its doors today.It is called Central Dispute System , now as to the validity of them being able to handle disputes and appease both party's is something yet to be determined.I will keep you updated with I can find out and hear on my end. If you have dealings with them PLEASE post the entire story and outcome.
