Hi there coled3701.I went to live chat this morning to verify this is a good promotion, and Doreen verified it was.  She even gave me the free $10 for existing players. I specifically asked if new players were able to get the $50 free, and she verified that they were. I'm not sure what happened when you tried to get this promo, perhaps try again, and let me know what happens. We all know how live chat is, different people tell us different things.
