I got install failed a couple of times and then when it finally installed I kept getting that same error trying to launch the casino. I uninstalled it and reinstalled. I was able to get into the casino then. But I do get the error when I try to launch from the start menu. I can only get in when I click the icon on the desktop. I know, sounds weird. lol

When they get online later tonight, the casino managers, i will try to get an explanation. they originally were not supposed to launch til Aptril 5th, but due to TG shutting the top game version down, they were forced to launch early. Maybe just a bug in the system.
