Their sudden and unscrupulous withdrawal from the US market has also caused some bad feedback from customers and other affiliates. The main reason for their blacklist is the fact that they felt it was ok to continue running the casinos even though the Grand Prive marketing arm has ceased operations. Furthermore, they breached affiliate contracts without due notice or consideration, showing them to be untrustworthy and more importantly UNSAFE for customers. Therefore they are being blacklisted."

These people are the worst casino i've ever played at!!!! They not only scam their patrons but they wait until you deposit to tell you they will NOT PAY!!! I received a 10 dollar chip from them for my Birthday on 2/20 and i got it up to 4000 dollars almost which okay they say its 99x playthrough and max cashout is 50 bucks alright fine but I went back today on 2/15 and asked if I could play my 50 they said fine but we will not pay you because you havent deposited in a while, They were not going to even pay me the 50 I won!!! (and I got desperate lol and deposited 18 dollars last month lol) well I saved the screenshot so you could read for yourself! Here it is and whatever you do DO NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO!!!! This is the largest SCAM I have ever been witness too and I am glad I got it in a screenshot!

For a few weeks now, I have gotten on chat support without anyone acknowledging and telling them like it is. That they are thieves, they steal from unsuspecting players. If they wont pay me, just tell me and not treat me like this. And I told them I was gonna start my campaign to wipe them off the planet!!! They make me so f@$&(%g sick to my stomach!!!! "

Today, the same thing. You see, this has become a daily ritual of mine. To go to their chat and talk to myself. My ex affiliate manager told me once he was there reading over the chats of the day so I know even though they don't acknowledge me right then and there, they read what I write eventually. After a few choice words in chat, I called them and lo and behold someone finally answered! I told Dave that I had been trying to get them on chat and he says I don't see you. Oh, there you are. Can we continue this in chat? I said sure and someone did start talking to me."

Sebastian is now the NEW operations manager for finance. He ended up calling me back instead of chatting. I was told that a few of their employees had been fired recently because of complaints. Ha!"

I was like are you f@$%*&g kidding me?? I said I don't trust you guys to pay me and you want me to deposit? I told them that if they would have paid me like any other honest casino, they probably would have seen half that money back already. By the time the conversation was over, he assured me that he was going to have a closer look at my account and then call me back tomorrow. Should I hold my breath? NO! I had a go with Bet Royal Casino about 3-4 years ago and I hated them back then but you know what? They paid me. I DESPISE Vegas Casino 21 and that's harsh coming from me. I don't have a mean bone in my body but F with me and that's it. "

Mben:I read your post, and I could feel my blood start to boil, and it isnt even my money. I have been there, but never in a bad a spot as you have described with this casino. Absolute BULL SH*T.
I have never played there, and I am glad I have not. Crooked, thieves, and liars. Thanks for sharing your story with us so others could know what exactly is going on with this casino, and to avoid it at all costs. Pam
