Hi Mben, waiting forever to get documents verified, I sent them in last Monday and they just tell me that they are soooo busy and will eventually get back to me, supposed to get a reply within 4 business days

Mben finally received an email from them saying my docs were approved but that I had to confirm my bank details again and now have to wait maybe another week for them to say everything is ok, this has never happened at any other casino that I have played, usually docs are confirmed within 2 or 3 business days, don't even want to think how long it will take them to send my winnings if ever the docs are approved

Ok, hang in there. Maybe they are truly busy. It happens sometimes.

OMG 8 business days and all I'm getting from chat is "be patient we are confirming your bank details" . Be Patient they advertise 4 business days, I think I have been more than patient

Glad to inform you that the documents are approved and you are welcome to request for the withdrawal on your side, all is already set up for you.
Regarding the time frames let me advise you that it usually takes up to 3-7 business days for the withdrawal to be approved.

Please be advised that by replying to your own emails you renew the "latest update" date of the email thread where we check your documents. For example you sent your reply to our email on September 5th and we were suppose to answer you no later than September 9th. However on September 8th you sent new email which renewed the date and it was moved in the schedule.


So people don't ever email the Casino, Mben thank you once again for your help, let's hope the withdrawal doesn't take forever

Don't email the casino until you've heard back from them. Otherwise, you run the risk of restarting their response time. Good to know!

Mben only half the amount was paid even though it says you can withdraw $2,000.00, can you please ask the REP why, if it's not to much trouble, this way you have to wait another two weeks before it's paid, always hoping that the 500 will be paid

I was just going to let you know that he said today is the 7th business day and that your withdrawal would be approved today. That was the good news.

But of course, there has to be more issues. Lol Now I'll ask him why they only sent half.

"We used installment policy on her withdrawal, rest of the winnings will be processed to her within 7 business days"

When I said you'd want to know why you were put on an installment plan, he was gone for the weekend already.

I've never heard of an installment plan, and never has it happened to me with any other casino, this Casino if starting to smell fishy

We have this statement in our Terms and Conditions
10.2.3. Casino reserves the right to send the winnings in installments. Player class influences installment amount as well as time frames of processing a withdrawal request. Player class is mainly determined by depositing/gaming activity of the player.
