i had won with sign up no deposit bonus at buzzluck casino, but they didnt approve my documents. same documents have been approved on more than my 80 casino acoounts, even though i wrote them i ll send more documents as they asked , but they have closed my account ...........

dragon, unfortunately your documents did not pass their Risk team's inspection. Even though the docs may have passed at other casinos, Buzzluck's management says your docs have been edited and they do not accept docs like that nor players who may try and edit them. Your account is closed and will not be re-opened. I'm sorry.

thats ok  , but mu documents havnt been edited , reason they didnt pay bcos i havent deposited at any of their casino , i have one more account with that group at all star casino. otherwise my documents are in good dhape and cant be refused, any way thanks.thanks a lot for your concern
