card pay

hi I have used card pay with jackpot capital and it has been processed one day and in my bank acct the next day. I cashed out at slotastic and it was approved and processed on Thursday 3-24 but it is still not in my bank acct. They told me not to worry and it takes 3-15 days. it was for 1800.00 so I am a little worried. has it taken anyone else this long here or at any other casino for it to hit your card...... or am I just worrying for nothing.... yikes I need that money
by the way I like slotastic and jackpot capital, I know they are the same and I am not complaining about it, just need to calm my nerves. they said they cant check until april 14 (the 15 business days).
any help would be appreciated

@christymv72 - I know in chat I said we would be happy to inquire about your withdrawal if you hadn't gotten it by Monday but that was before I read this post. They have given you a specific time window here and we won't be able to check on it before then or they will just tell us the same thing. Honestly? I will be a little surprised if it makes it that far so try to hang in there.

It has taken at the longest a few business days after the payout was approved for me at Jackpot Capital for the same payout method. They state the same number of days you were told, but it almost always goes faster.

Sorry you haven't got it yet christymv72, with a withdrawal that size I'd be starting to stress too. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on your behalf just yet as the given time frame is not up therefore, technically, it is not "late" yet.

Hang in there hun, its a pretty reputable casino group.

Hopefully your bank isn't holding it up. Typically the payouts come from the same odd places that the withdrawals do. Not sure how you would check on that without drawing attention to it.
