Casino Fiz has pulled out of the US market.

I am finding out if this means they are no longer accepting players from the USA only of if they not allowing existing USA players to play there anymore also.

I would highly suggest no one plays at this casino .... They totally are scamming me and lied to me and etc etc. Not good

David convinced me to make a deposit which I only agreed to do once I was 100% approved for withdrawal. After sending all emails with documents needed I was given the thumbs up from him as well as Jenny and made my deposit. I took screen shots of these conversations. Almost immedately following I requested my withdrawal and David again assured me I was set to go withdrawal request was in and to expect my funds faster than any other casino around he said. Well after it remained processing I finally asked why it wasn't approved seeing as though David assured me it would be so fast. Even though I questioned in my head what he said I believed him stupidly. Well I spoke with Jenny again to said they needed a copy of the back of my id and that's it. I sent the copy of id. Few days after I get an email saying they need photo of my card front and back. I sent it. I spoke with David again and he said he missed those minor details when telling me I was approved for withdrawal. He said and this was on Friday that finance team was gone but come Monday they will surely have my money to me Monday morning. So Monday morning and of course nothing so I ask chat and after 27 minutes waiting I get no response and go offline. Via email I am told now I need a credit card auth form I fill it out and send it back six times each time with them sending back saying they never received it. I sent from different emails different ways and kept getting told no we didn't receive. Than I talked to chat again who told me managers r only in from 3am to 12pm eastern time so to come back than. He said he would relay my message about david clearly lying to me and that's all that could be done. So this morning I got up early and went to live chat again requesting to speak to a manager. I was told managers are in but do not get in chat so my message would be passed along. He told me it would be 18 days once processed for my withdrawal. I said I sent in all documents and why wasn't it processed. He told me I didn't sign the form. I said I in fact did and he said with a pen. Ummm yes with a pen??? I asked for a manager again and still no response. Considering David told me if have the funds within a day or two and I only agreed to deposit with certainty I was approved for payout I am feeling mislead in addition to frustrated.
