I know Vegas Days and Rockbet stopped allowing players from the US when Rival made the decision way back when. Since then, this new casino, Fiz, launched and are a part of the Vegas Days group. I have been able to get into my Vegas Days and Rockbet accounts again being in the US. I still have not found where I read that Fiz did not accept players from all 50 states (I thought I read that somewhere and have been looking). Maybe you fall in one of those states? If so, why would they allow you to open an account at all is what I am asking myself.Did you ask support why your account is locked? With little info, I can't think of why it would be.

I tried to email them & no reply. Also I tried live chat but no one came.I just checked my bank statement & the transaction is no longer listed.They have gave me free chips from the time I opened my account about 6 months ago.I guess I will wait to see if they get back to me.But I won't hold my breath, now that I know that they are sister casino to Vegas days & Rocketbet.Both had very bad customer support when I played there.

I have $300 that can be withdrawan, the only option they have for usa is wire and every time I enter my bank info an error message comes up saying i need to enter Iban or swift code info. My bank doesn't need either of those for a wire to be made into bank account. I've tried chat ( said to email support ) and email but haven't received a response. been going on for 2 weeks. No way in hell would I ever deposit at this casino group again.
