Same thing happened to me. If you contact support, they can manually activate it for you. Now I am waiting on their help to get the no deposit bonus activated, because that did not work either....possibly because they had to manually activate my account, but I am not sure. I really hope that my experience with them improves or it may be done before it ever even begins.
