hello I recently took the casino moons $10 no deposut bonus i made playthrough and had over the maximum cashable of $100 i spoke with their support and manager and they told me to withdraw i had to deposit $25 and had to take a bonus and playthrough that 20x win or loose i get to keep the $100 well i deposited $25 and lost it when i spoke with their support to withdraw the $100 their other manager told me that i was supposed to deposit $25 and then they were supposed to top it up to$100 and then i was supposed to withdraw that i told him that i was doing what their suppport agent and manager were telling me to do he said that all he can do is give a $75 chip with a 99x playthrough and a mx$100 cash out and that he would speak to the staff and inform them of the correct procedure what a rip off
