Casino Rewards Group (I know I can't believe it either!)

I had thought this group was the most reputable on the planet.  Now I am not so sure.  Here is my long sad tale.  It could only  happen to me.I entered the "Name the VIP newsletter contest" about the middle of April.  I suggested the VIPer and have  the email to them to prove it of course.  Well, the May VIP Newletter came out on Friday and said that Rebecca G. won runner up with suggestion "The Viper"  Of course I assumed that was me, so went to check CR account and nothing.  So I emailed support@casionrewards.com to see where I should look for my winnings.  No answer.  I emailed VIP host Max.  No answer.  Emailed support again today.  No Answer.  So I went to live chat.  Phil said that he could only conclude that it must not be me who won.  Now, the odds seem slim to me that there are two Rebecca G's who suggested the Viper.  But what is worse is the last of response to emails from support.  Heaven forbid I was emailing about some winnings (that wouldn't happen to me but it could happen to others, as is the norm).  Anyway, I was quite disappointed with Casino Rewards.  Thanks for listening.Becky <!-- start --><a href="http://www.CasinoRewards.com" title="online casinos">

So sorry Rebecca, think if they have 2 player with same first name and fist surname letter they must add second surname letter or 2 or 3 account number. I can only say that I close all my cr accounts, have some problem with this group.

because i did read this from  rebago  i checked my account and found 2000 point ( 20 E/ usd) in my casino rewards account and i know that i had ca  100 points before, because i did redeemd all in the past. i hope there are some who have the same in their account. goodluck!!! bye

Yes yes, always check your Casino Rewards account. You just never know what kind of goodies they put in there. That is why normally I love this group of casinos."

And I talked to live support again. Jade said that the winners had not yet been credited. She also said that the reason I am showing negative points is that they combined my Casino Rewards accounts (thru no fault of mine I had more than one, who knew) and that would be resolved within 48 hours. "

Update! Got my credit for the contest win from Max. It took longer to recieve than it did to spend lol. The Casino Rewards folks should have credited it before it was announced in the newsletter but no harm. I also must say they need to respond to their emails!"

They keep giving me free tickets and I keep winning. First couple for $2 then $5 and then 2 days ago $25 and yesterday $50. Don't stop the magic! lol

I have had over 2000 VIP points now for over 2 years. I stopped depositing at their casinos after they suspended my VIP Point Conversions. What sucked was, I received the VIP points for registering and depositing at quite a few of their casinos. Some of the VIP points were for 2nd and 3rd deposits. After they froze my VIP Points I deposited 3 more times trying to get them to take the hold off of my points, each time I contacted support and was told the hold would come off on it's own. After depositing 3 times and it still wasnt lifted, I said to heck with it and quitt depositing!!
